Rich is a respected logistics executive and philanthropist with a lifelong career in global supply chain leadership. He spent nearly five decades at BDP International, where he rose to serve as Chairman and CEO, guiding the company through international growth, a recapitalization with Greenbriar Equity, and ultimately its sale to PSA in 2021. Rich also served as a board member of GENCO prior to its acquisition by FedEx.
Today, as Chairman of CoPilot Global Logistics Holdings, LLC, Rich provides strategic oversight, supports leadership teams, and plays a key role in governance, acquisitions, and talent development across the firm’s portfolio.
He holds a BA from Mount St. Mary’s University.

Paul is a seasoned logistics executive with a decades-long career leading and scaling transportation and supply chain businesses. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Mallory Alexander International Logistics, Copilot’s first platform company, and as Chairman of STG Logistics, a $2B provider of containerized logistics and warehouse services. Paul is also Lead Independent Director on the Board of Forward Air and a board member of Warehouse on Wheels (WOW).
Previously, Paul was CEO of STG Logistics, CEO of Celadon Group, Chairman & CEO of Rig Runner, and COO of Pacer International (later acquired by XPO). Earlier in his career, he led the Transportation and Logistics consulting practice at AlixPartners and began his industry experience with Maersk.
Paul earned a BS from Syracuse University and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Carmen is an experienced logistics executive with deep expertise across all modes of international transportation. He currently serves as President & COO of Mallory Alexander International Logistics, where he leads daily operations and strategic execution for CoPilot's platform company. Previously, Carmen was Chief Transportation Officer at BDP International and later at STG Logistics, where he also served as an Advisory Board Member. With a career spanning leadership in global transportation and supply chain, Carmen brings a strong operational focus to CoPilot Global Logistics Holdings, LLC, guiding investment strategy and supporting portfolio company performance.
